Returns
We believe in having only satisfied customers wearing our sandals, no matter what!
If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to return your unworn product for a full refund on the price of the product exclusive of any shipping cost. If shipping was included in the price, as in the case of “free shipping”, 30 euros will be deducted from the product price to cover our shipping costs upon issuing the refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- All custom orders
Due to the great deal of work put in, bespoke and custom orders are exempt from being returned. If you are not satisfied with any part of your custom order, please contact us for options.
To complete your return, please contact us within the first 30 days via email.
Please do not send your purchase back without first speaking to one of our team members.
You, the buyer will cover the return shipping costs and bear the responsibility for the return shipment until it reaches our workshop. It is therefore recommended to use a reputable shipping company that offers tracking and insurance.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 days of the refund confirmation, contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Exchanges
If the product does not fit as planned, exchanges are possible for the same product and all the rules regarding returns above apply (30 days, shipping costs, shipping responsibility, etc.)

Gift returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you and for some reason you are not fully satisfied with the order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the order to return your unworn product for a credit towards a new purchase equal to the price of the product exclusive of any shipping cost. If shipping was included in the price, as in the case of “free shipping”, 30 euros will be deducted from the product price to cover our shipping costs.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the person who placed the initial order is responsible for handling the return according to our return policy explained above.
Shipping
To return your product, contact us for the return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund and in the case of "Free Shipping" the amount of 30 euros will be deducted to cover shipping costs.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a reputable shipping service with tracking and purchasing shipping insurance to cover the value of the product. We cannot guarantee any part of the return shipment until it is in our direct possession.
