Returns

We believe in having only satisfied customers wearing our sandals, no matter what!

If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to return your unworn product for a full refund on the price of the product. If shipping was included in the price, as in the case of “free shipping”, the cost of shipping the product to you the customer will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover our shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- All custom orders 

Due to the great deal of work put in, bespoke and custom orders are exempt from being returned. If you are not satisfied with any part of your custom order, please contact us for options.

To complete your return, please contact us within the first 30 days via email.
Please do not send your purchase back without first speaking to one of our team members to begin the return. Return shipping will be handled as mentioned under Shipping below.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund  after 10 days of the refund confirmation, contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 

Gift returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you and for some reason you are not fully satisfied with the order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the order to return your unworn product for a credit towards a new purchase equal to the price paid exclusive of any shipping cost. The rules for return shipping, as in the case of a return (above), shall apply.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the person who placed the initial order is responsible for handling the return according to our return policy explained above.

 

Exchanges

If the product does not fit as planned, exchanges are possible for the same product and all the rules regarding returns apply (30 days, shipping costs & responsibility, etc.)

Return Shipping

EU returns shipping is available through us, the seller, and usually at favorable rates. EU buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs but may choose to use our carrier or one of their choice. In the case of using a shipping label provided by us, the seller, the amount of return shipping shall be deducted from the refund amount. For accurate pricing, please contact us

Non EU returns, originating from a destination outside of the EU will only be processed with shipping arranged by us, the seller, due to customs regulations required for the importation back into the EU. All shipping costs will be paid by the buyer and therefore deducted from the final refund amount. For accurate pricing, please contact us.
